Now Hiring: Friendly and Detail-Oriented Teller
Location: Clearwater, FL
Status: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Reports To: Vice President/CEO

We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping others, works well in a team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Starting at $17.51/hour
Days: Monday – Friday, no weekends, no federal holidays!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members in-person and over the phone with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and account inquiries
- Ensure member identity verification and compliance with security procedures (including OFAC, CTR, and SAR reporting)
- Balance your cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Promote credit union products and services, helping members get the most out of their membership
- Assist with daily operational tasks such as processing mail/night deposits, ordering supplies, and maintaining an organized workstation
- Participate in cross-training and learning opportunities to grow within your role
- Support other team members and help maintain a positive team environment

- A true team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with care
Preferred Skills & Tools
- Comfortable operating a copier, fax machine, calculator, Check 21 scanner, and computer systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cash handling
- Familiarity with financial institutions or teller experience a plus (but not required—we’re willing to train the right person!)
